The copper acts as an additional conductor amplifying the production of ions. The tub is handmade and 100% pure copper, no binding components such as Beryllium is added (no green tarnish will appear due to this). Copper is a natural antibacterial metal which pulls out toxins throughout our bodies. The tub is customized for the footbath session such as all feet sizes, handles for easy carrying, a line to indicate optimum water level.

Expect to get more life out of your optimizer water module due to the conductivity of the copper so less current is ran from the unit to achieve the same AMPs. We do suggest some form of lining to prevent eventual wearing of the copper due to the charged saline solution of the footbath water. A drawstring trash bag can be used. (note: lining does not affect the conductivity & there is no leakage of plastic toxins due to osmosis environment & boiling point is needed to break down plastic components).

(1) Do I need to a copper tub?

• OPTIMUM COPPER TUB (Optional & Recommended) OR purchase a 15qt plastic container at your local store however the copper tub increases conductivity giving you more sessions with your OPII water module and increases production of ions.

(2) Is the copper tub easy to clean?

• Yes. Since the copper tub is 100% pure copper with no binding components such as Beryllium there is no green tarnishing. We recommend using a plastic bag to protect the copper from wearing down since the footbath treatments are using a saline solution.

(3) Do I need a plastic lining for the the copper tub?

• Yes.We recommend a plastic lining or plastic bag to protect the copper from wearing down since the footbath treatments are using a saline solution. The lining is so thin it barely effects the conductivity of the copper tub.

The Fine Grain Bath Salt contains 84 trace minerals and comes from the Himalayan Mountains on the border of Pakistan. We chose Himalayan crystal salt due to the quality & crystalline structure.

Common table salt has unnatural crystals and are totally isolated from each other and dead. Sea Salt has irregular & isolated crystalline structures disconnected from the natural elements surrounding them. This makes them difficult for the body to use. The Himalayan crystal salt is a balanced crystalline structure revealing fine branching. There are 84 inherent mineral elements in a harmonious state. This is why we suggest Himalayan crystal salt.

(1) Why do I need Himalayan Salt?

• Optional Himalayan Salt is our preferred choice due to the natural crystalline form and how the body metabolizes it so easily. Normal Table Salt has lost its natural form since it has been processed.

(2) Can I use other Salt or Himalayan Salt?

• Yes. However Himalayan salt is our preferred choice. If you don't use Himalayan salt then use a natural salt that has not been processed and has trace minerals. EPSON Salt: Epson salt is not a salt. It is magnesium so there for you loose the osmosis process.

(3) How much Salt do I need per treatment?

• Only ½tsp with our Optimum footbath units.

'NEW & IMPROVED' Optimizer IV (~60 or more baths, ~$0.81 cost per bath using replacement plates cost). The new OPIV water array w cord is for all OPTIMUM & FOCUS models. More than double the footbaths to the previous optimizer OPII/exciter water arrays. Our plates have a bolted connections vs slide in plates with coil connectors therefore the conductivity is much stronger creating a higher ORP(Oxidation-reduction potential). When the ORP value is high, there is lots of oxygen present in the water. 

The new OPIV array has a new thicker black polymer material encasing vs the acrylic. The PROS are the black polymer is thicker, practically unbreakable, easy peezy to clean, & NO staining! The redesigned footer slides in to the 2 side plates making it easy peezy to clean. For replacement parts, simply just replace the worn down RED plates (All other parts are reusable including the cords) cutting the costs down ~ ½ vs the previous OPII/Exciter. Replacing the RED plates are easy. Simply unscrew the worn down plates and screw in the new ones in. The new array comes w cord which is removable. Since the plates are much larger than the OPII/Exciter, they are stronger and last longer then the old ones.

  Our connections are bolted in other than mechanical, so we will not have any disconnects as a result of bending, pulling or and differences in the coefficient of expansion,

  Replaceable plates after using the Optimizer for an average of ~60 or more baths that screw in instead of coils or clips that only touch the plates reducing the conductivity.

  The unique construction of the Optimizer includes electrodes (metal plates) of high grade stainless steel. The Optimizer is constructed so that it has the longest possible circuit for the corona action (electricity jumping from one electrode to another) that produces the ions. There are two sets of plates, with each set having two cathode and two anodes, for a total of four plates. The two sets provide a long electronic field for the corona activity to take place. The plates (cathodes and anodes) are spaced and staggered to promote a fast, strong, and consistent discharge process for maximum corona effect.

  Our new OPIV water array the cathode plates are repleacable after ~60 or more baths.. Other companies claim 50-100 baths. This is because they are running less current through the water module to get more baths. We focus on quality & not quantity. If we run less current through our water module then we could easily get a 100 & something baths. The NEW Black Polymer encasing is practically unbreakable, easy to clean and no staining!
